lol jk. I edit weirdly. Most of the time, I just combine PSDs I’ve made over the years and alter the opacity of those PSDs depending on the quality of the image. Photos with a lot of blues work the best for me (however, I feel like I feel like I’ve convinced myself that fact just because I prefer the color blue >>>> everything else).

To be more specific, I adjust hue/sat, selective color, channel mixer, brightness, and levels to achieve the pale aspect of my colorings. As for the quality of the photos, I use topaz clean, the sharpening tool, and gaussian blur. Hope this helps
